Will joined SCC as a Service Center Technician in 2008, after seven years in the industry including running his own technology consulting business. He brings a varied educational experience to the team, including study of Mechanical Engineering, Graphic Arts and, ultimately, his degree in Computer Science. Will also is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
“The best part about my work is the opportunity I have to meet new clients and build new relationships.” Will does this again and again, both by providing service to clients at their location and by providing remote technical support from our service center. He does it with a smile and a nice word every day. In fact, when we asked him what he likes about SCC, it wasn’t surprising when he said, “It’s the people. My coworkers are some of the greatest people on Earth!” That’s just how he rides.
Of all the technology we work with, Will couldn’t pick a single favorite. His answer? “I like the Advantage Point Standby Server, the IBM BladeCenter S, and the ThinkPad X301…oh, and can I also mention the iPhone?"
