When Jeremy joined SCC in 2006, he brought a rich combination of skills and experience that our clients appreciate. Prior to working with us, Jeremy spent several years providing technical support to restaurant, retail and hospitality organizations at a point-of-sale consulting firm…experience that our multi-unit retail clients love.
In addition to his ten years of IT industry experience, Jeremy brings an Associate’s Degree from Alexandria Technical College, and several high-level industry certifications. The alphabet soup version? MCTIP, 2003 MCSE, 2003 MCSA + messaging, and more. Jeremy is laser-focused on staying up-to-date with training and certification and, as a result, has become a go-to resource for his coworkers.
But, like all of our engineers, Jeremy is happiest when he can use his technical skills to serve the needs of our clients. “My favorite part about working with clients is getting to know them and their businesses, so that I really understand their IT needs and how their network can help them.”
Some technicians are gadget freaks…who love the newest toy. While Jeremy has those interests, he tends to be a little more pragmatic than most. If you ask him about his favorite technology, his answer is “Anything that best meets a client’s needs.” Funny thing is, though…Jeremy means it!
