Teri Schneider is SCC’s Client Service Coordinator, and has worked and grown with us since July 2000. In her role, Teri is responsible for scheduling and communicating about on-site service work to be performed by our engineering team, ordering and shipping new products to our clients, and managing the business functions of our busy office. More than that, though, Teri is the glue that holds our team together. Her fun, positive, can-do attitude is an asset that keeps us focused on great service.
Says Teri, “Most of my interaction with clients is via email or on the phone. Even though it’s not always face-to-face, I’ve really gotten to know our clients. Since SCC focuses on building long-lasting relationships with our clients, I’ve known some of them for years now. Seeing customers with a need, delivering on what they need, and the smiles after makes the day-to-day grind all worth it!”
A special area of interest for Teri is Microsoft SharePoint. “SharePoint makes my work much easier and faster! Document searches are easy and fast. All of our process and procedure lives in SharePoint. I can quickly find purchase histories, project information, assessment data…pretty much anything I need to do my job. Our clients love using their SharePoint sites, too.”
